One of the best hospital which actually cares for their patients and provided the best in class hospitality and of course the treatment.
Iam greatful to doctor mrs.divya Alex and her medical team who processed my injection successfully with constant caring and support.special and heartfelt thanks for the nurses,counsellors, administration and other staff for the nice treatment and hospitality I recieved and who made me feel in family.

I am writing this to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the entire team of Ahalya Foundation Eye Hospital, Kayankulam for the exceptional care and service provided during my mother’s cataract surgery.

From the moment we stepped into the hospital, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s professionalism and dedication to patient care were evident throughout the process. The consultation with Dr Jithin Raj was thorough and informative, and all our concerns were addressed with patience and clarity. For my mother, the surgery itself was a remarkable experience where she felt safe in the hands of Dr Jithin. The surgical team made my mother confident and comfortable throughout the surgery. She was very relaxed entering and leaving the theatre without being scared.
Post-surgery care was equally outstanding. The nursing staffs were very attentive, ensuring that her recovery was smooth and comfortable. The follow-up appointments were well-organized, and the doctor’s guidance for the postoperative period was also invaluable. Most importantly, my mother’s vision has significantly improved after the surgery. The results have exceeded our expectations, and we are deeply grateful for the expertise and care provided by the hospital’s team.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to every member of the Ahalya Eye Foundation Hospital family for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to delivering top-notch healthcare services. I am grateful to Dr Jithin for his exemplary service. A special thanks to our counsellor Ms Ruksana who was very helpful in guiding us through the entire process starting from fixing the dates of surgeries according to the best of our interest (Since I had come to Kerala just for my mother’s surgery and thus had time-based restrictions). She was in continuous contact with us for reminding us about appointments and passing related information, all on time. I also appreciate Mr. Lethin who helped me with the insurance-related procedures.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ahalya Foundation Eye Hospital to anyone seeking eye care services. Their expertise, professionalism, and patient-centred approach truly set them apart. Thank you once again for making a positive difference in our lives.

1. As usual, Doctors are not willing to provide test report, eather they insists us to collect the report from their own opticals, which legally ia not correct. Because we are paying fpr the consultation and all test. So doctor is reaponsible to provide this test report and their finding. Upon requesting the report, even opticals qill not provide that with out purchasing the optocals. I am moving forward for a legals resolution
.
So I do not recommend Ahalia, Kayamkulam. Not sure if this is the same culture that is being followed at their othwr branches. Thia culture creates a bad name for the organization.

2. Staffs and technicians are not well trained. They will not tell you what type of test are being conducted in their each room. Your name will be called and you just follow to each room and do what they say. They are not trained to take a minute and explain the patient about the test procedures that are going to perform. And wht type of resukts are expecting. No such way of testinh.
This is altogether same as going to any opticals and getting the test done for buying a glass.
