Neha hospital is one of oldest hospital in the town.
The hospital is managed by Dr. Abdul Rahman, mostly renowned paediatrician & his wife
Dr. Mumtaz, the don gynaec.in the region.
I had bad xperience from this hospital!
My bro’s newborn was admitted here after diagnosed with pneumonia.
Even after 4 days of treatment, baby’s condition got bad.
Dr. Abdulrahman then advised us to shift the baby to EMS Hospital.
What made me astonished is, even after the doctor confirmed the baby’s life is in risk, the nurses on duty were looked hazy and lack of seriousness and the baby remained in the hospital for another couple of hours before leaving to EMS!
What I am trying to say is; though the hospital is well known and the doctors are so experienced, the way of dealing emergency cases is so pathetic.
If you actually love your baby, opt for nearby Almas or Mims in case of emergency.
Dr. Hussain is another don paediatrician in the town who consults in Kottakkal Co operative hospital everyday at 10.30am
NB: I’m not criticising on any vested interest, but simply sharing my own experience to save lives of others.
Update: Baby passed away????

Average hospital with no much high or low fees and corresponding facilities. But all necessary facilities are available here.

Best hospital, Dr Mumtas taken care of my wife’s delivery and its normal, her service is great and best for all catogory of people, this hospital is the only hope for poor people from the angel Dr Mumtaz
