It’s a very good hospital for all types of treatment like all typs of operation, surgery, and some major operations.
It’s such a super hospital, like you will get international facilities.
So hygienic, they will mention so nice cleaning.
The staff is also so nice.

Max Hospital is one of the most reputed hospitals in Delhi. It is located in prime locations in south Delhi and has the specialty to deal with or cure almost every disease or problem. However, if you visit and check the hospitalization cost first they will identify if you have insurance or not, and depending on it will share the amount and number of days of treatment. Max Hospital should work on treatments practically not based on customer insurance or income and apart from that their billing team should be working on their attitude issue to ensure excellent customer service.

Max Super Speciality Hospital gets my 5 star rating effortlessly for quality, professionalism, hygiene, security and friendliness. World class service.
I visited this hospital for the first time in January 2022 as advised by my doctor. No regrets whatsoever! I can’t say what should have been done better.
Every professional in Max undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly. I liked every effort some employees put into communicating with me in English even when it was very difficult. We did find our way around those hurdles and laughed harmlessly at ourselves. I happily learnt some Indian words too.
My surgeon, Dr Pradeep Chowbey and his team in MABBS, I will forever be grateful to them. I got another fresh lease on life because they helped me.
The nurses who took care of me became family so quickly. I am grateful to some of them like Punita (emergency care after surgery), Anjaly, Hariprabha and Sadiya. They were very friendly and encouraging. Till date, they check on me and we keep in touch.
I am very happy to recommend Max Super Speciality Hospital to anyone seeking health attention and recovery due to its world-class standard care.
