In my whole life i have visited so many hospital in UP and other state, but i am 100% sure no one stand with this hospital. After spending 7 days here i realise this is one and one only। Ummmah to doctor, Nurses, Staff, hospitality, system, management.
Wow, wow, wow this is one of the best hospital i have been in my life.
Specially in ctvs icu Sangita and Sushila look after very nice।

Overall structure of deluxe room is not good for new born baby and mother. Fan doesn’t have regulator, No button or alarm to inform nurse. These are basic things that should be present here. Plus so much quarrel between staff. Very 3rd class behaviour. ONLY THING I LIKE IS DOCTORS are good.

Lack of professional hospitality .
1) medical staff are busy in games and talks , minimum delivery time for counter is 45-50 min.
2) nursing staff are so arrogant and egoistic .
3) billing counter staff is always ready to loot you by adding extra charges. So please ask for every detailed bill.
4) bright star hospital is located at north pole of earth , as per hospital management, thus no fan and all time ac is available .
5) this is the 1st hospital in world who believe to shut down ac even in icu/nicu/ccu.
6) hospital is focusing on expenditures thus loosing goodwill and customers at glance .
7) hospital management stands for bouncers not for quality service .
8) parking is not for patient or their relative .
9) whole hospital is depending on ground floor water facility (for patient and relatives)
10) Garbage stock at pharmacy B2 is mind blowing.
