My name is Mohan, my wife has been there for 5 years, I have done a lot of treatment, I did not get relief from anywhere, then I met Dr. Rambeer Singh Sir for my treatment in Kilkari ivf, Jhansi, he met me very well and treated me very well for ivf. Thank you very much to the whole staff and special Dr. Rambeer Singh Sir and thank you to the staff and Dr. Suvati Agarwal Mem

Worse hospital and doctors, my wife who is into her 8 months of pregnancy had to admitted due to pain at night. We both are insured, and this hospital is under the FHPL network list, though they first asked us to submit money then started the treatment which is understandable considering the night time.
But, Dr Swati Agarwal (Gynecologist) who supposed to attend couldn’t turned up to see her, instead her husband came at first who is pediatric (Really careless attitude towards such critical condition).
After passing two hours my wife was continuously crying in pain and there was no one to attend her and doctors were not interested to answer the calls either. On multiple calls Dr Amit Agarwal has answered the call and upon making complaint simply asked us to change the hospital at 2:30 AM. Not only this doctor Amit has sent his manager twice in room to convey his message to leave the hospital immediately and denied for treatment. My wife had to leave the hospital at 3:30 AM, till the time she has not left the room, manager stood there to see us leave the premises at earliest as possible. Upon asking for discharge card and file they have simply denied to handover any of them.
My humble request to everyone please if you or loved ones have any emergency situation then please do not head to this hospital at any cost????
