Reception area is well furnitured, reception staff have poor quality of hospitality manners ,they don’t have supportive and helping nature.

Overall experience is Good
Things that I liked the most
1. Cleanliness of premises.
2. Electricity backup.
3. The way both the doctors(Sunita ma’am and Sneha ma’am) positively communicate with patients and their families, their 24*7 availability.
4. Nursing officers 24*7 availability and timely checkup done by them.
5. Ample parking area for bikes and cars.
6. Open roof space to give sunshine to the newborn babies in the morning.
7. Washroom for Men(available besides canteen)
Few things that need improvements
1. Receptionists and their biased behavior towards patient appointments(People having personal connection will get an early appointment)
2. It’ll be great if we have a display board which will show the current appointment number and the name of the next patient in the queue
