They accept only cash for OPD which is not good for common people. We are educated people saying adopt digital payments but in this hospital There is no online payment facility. And there is limited seating capacity for patients and relatives.
Management should adopt digital/UPI/card payment.

For 10 mins doctor consultation you have to spend entire day in waiting lounge. Poor response and coordination from reception team. Doctor will meet after ages , then he will recommend few test it will take another ages. For 30 mins Jobs you have to spend whole day.

Diamond super speciality hospital is best Hospital in aal over our kolhapur District. All Doctor’s are trying to save patient life in as critical conditions. The all Doctor, s Nursing staff , Assistant Doctors ,Ward boys,Resepation counter,s all members are doing their job very sincerely & working hard their duty,s. So i like the Hospital. Tip. Specially Dr.Sai Prasad sir is very great & responsible dr. In Diamond Hospital. I am happy for take treatment in that hospital. Because 2 month later i admit my wife in Diamond Hospital in critical conditions. Dr. Sai Prasad sir save my wife, s life in very danger condition. Thanku very much for All team in Diamond Hospital. Kolhapur. Thanks Again.
