This review is out of agony that me and my family went through because of Mr Ravi, the receptionist.Waited for around 10years to write this review only because of the respect we have towards Dr Neelima Reddy. He is a fraud, he is cheating patients by flicking their money. When patient gives money he makes them wait for sometime and talks to others or on phone, meanwhile he flicks money from the amount that patient gives. He says that they have given less amount. This happened to us couple of times. Same issue happened to my cousin too. He takes ransom from few patients and sends them to doctor first making other patients wait. The huge waiting time is because of this fraud Mr Ravi. He is extremely rude to me and my family because he knows that I have complained to the doctor.I don’t understand why Dr Neelima or Mr G K Reddy are being blind eyed to this even after complaining about him. This has to be addressed at any cost before a collective complain is filed against such fraud.

I haven’t met the doctor yet but my rating is not for the doc it’s for the person who handles appointments. They expect us to respect their time but our time does not matter at all. Was made to wait for 45 mins after I informed that I will be reaching in 5mins, scheduled time was 11:30, reached at 1137am. I am a working women and had taken hour off from work for the docs appointment. Mood and the whole day was ruined because of their inconsideration!

Though doctor is detailed but they do not have any process for appointments (government offices have better process to manage queue) so waiting time is around 4-6 hours. On top staff is very rude. Not at all patient centric staff no humane concern or care. No proper info or followup on required tests and sample collection.
