I had a surgery 2 months back and refraction after surgery should be 0 for both the eyes.. I don’t whether it is machines fault or doctors manipulation.. it was updated as 0 in my prescription.. but it is not.. I had a 2nd opinion and there is a difference.. thought of ignoring. But then, hospital staff are looking for 5 star rating .. so given my opinion.. take 2nd opinion before visiting the hospital

Went to Shankar Nethralaya as I have eye infection. The doctor, Mr. Naveen Nukala had prescribed two eye drops one costing ₹501 and the other ₹86. They replaced the original medicine in the box with generic medicine. I was charged ₹851 for both. Next day, After questioning the receptionist he said that the medicine sold was not from their stock and threw the blame on me, why would I do a cheap scam like this even after paying ₹800 for consultation and ₹850 for medicine. They gave a free sample of the medicine and bill for medicine was provided. This is a total ripoff for customers. If they are scamming at this level only for conjunctivitis, you can imagine how badly they must be scamming senior citizens and other major cases. Please avoid this multi speciality scam
Nethralaya. Fyi. I had to goto a homeopathic doctor for my conjunctivitis, as the medicines prescribed by Mr Naveen did not work at all.

Excellent hospital in Hyderabad. Last month my mother had cataract surgery in this hospital. Very caring staff and doctors. They treat patient like their family member. Srinivas Thatipally sir is very down to earth person. Recommend to people who planning to go for cataract surgery.
