Full commercial. We visited her last year for initial 5 months of my wife pregnancy. That time they just opened parijatam in manikonda. So we use to go shaikpet branch but after opening in manikonda we went to manikonda branch. She wrote a test and we want to show the test results to her and when we enquired where about of her. Like where is she currently. The receptionist told us she left shaikpet branch and she will be available in manikonda branch in 1hr. But we are under the hospital and called receptionist but she lied us that doctor left but we could see someone petients going up. So we went along with them and we asked the receptionist why you lied us. She told doctor herself asked to mention that. Finally we want to show the reports but they are asking us to pay consultant fee but we told we didn’t cross the 7days for 2nd consultation. They told that you paid consultation another branch and this is different branch so you have to pay. Multiple times they asked us to visit different branch to show the reports and scanning the reports(scaner and printer not available in different branch) but now they are like commercial. I directly told doctor that you are commercial and I won’t visit again.
She not even explained reports even we ask. She just tell that all good and told her we are looking for normal delivery and asked her for excercises but everytime she skip that and use to say not now. No respect to patients also and receptionist don’t know how to take blood for test.

Highly commercial!!! Every visit doctor suggests blood test and forced to take medicines from them and they don’t provide bills, for cards takes extra 2%, highly not recommended.
