As an outsider this has been one of the smoothest and best experience I could have asked for. My father in law needed to diagnose his prostate and we came to Hyderabad with very limited time in hands. Right from day one, the process has been very straightforward. The admin staff has been extremely helpful, cooperative, and communicative throughout the process. After carrying out the test, it was determined that he needed to go via surgical process. Even the paperwork and on-boarding of patient to OT room was done in a timely manner.
Dr. PC Reddy has been amazing individual sharing his insights and explaining the diagnosis clearly without any confusion. Another individual who stood out the most from the rest of the staff was “Maahi”. She was an outstanding admin nurse who helped us with the tests, communication with doctor, and all the paperwork over the entirety of our stay. Because of her I really didn’t have to worry one bit. She was very thorough, and knew exactly what needed to be done. All I did was hand her the report/ files and she worked out her magic. AINU truly has some outstanding staff at hand and they should be appreciated and retained at all cost.
Food selection in cafeteria was descent, the hospital was very well maintained following all necessary hygienic protocols. Overall 10/10 on-service, treatment, delivery, and responsiveness of staff. I highly recommend AINU for any urology and nephrology related medical needs.

I have visited many Hospitals Mother’s urology related ailment, but haven’t found the extreme care that AINU provided. I have taken decision on my own to admit my mother in AINU for better treatment, AINU made me that I have not taken wrong step. AINU is best in all includes treatment, care, environment, maintenance(keeping floor and wards clean all the time) etc. I really thankful to whole AINU team for such great ambiance and special care. On the day of discharge, I was asked to provide suggestions, but I do not have anything except smile on my face. I still do not have any suggestion to say as it was great handling by whole team. Thanks AINU.

The hospital has excellent service with extremely professional staff. Patient care is one of the best in the city. Very happy and satisfied with the treatment being given here. Would also like mention that Dr. Srikanth Gundlapally who i have been visiting for the last 3 years who has been an amazing doctor and extremely reassuring.
