One of the reudest receptionist i have ever seen , she don’t have manners to talk with patients . If i have option to zero star i could ,,,, Front desk is heart of the organisation …. But your organisation heart dumped with bad attitudes.

Good doctor. Have lot of patience and explains every bit of the problem to the patient in detail. BUT ONE CAUTION, DO NOT VISIT WITHOUT APPOINTMENTS. EVEN IF YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS, BE READY TO WAIT FOR 2 TO 4 HOURS. If you cannot, then don’t visit.

Waiting period is hell here. There is no proper treatment and doctor will make you wait till eternity. Receptionists are awful. No sense while talking to the patients and elders. Just they need money, nothing more than that. We went to that hospital at 12 noon, and we took appointments prior 3 days only. But when we enter the consultation room its 4 o clock. Then whats the point to take prior appointments? Please respect each other’s time.
