We had a good surgery experience. The patient was taken care of well and good expertise of doctors is recommendable. The quick way in which blood test, scan, x-ray and other tests are done without much waiting is appreciable. The insurance staff assisted well with the various claim procedures.

I had brought my MIL to Gastro care for an emergency and right from day one, Dr. Karthiravan Sir had been extremely transparent, clear and patient with the diagnosis, path to treatment. Within a day, after stabilizing the patient, he performed a major surgical procedure. Post operative care in the ICU was also very meticulous. The Critical care specialist Dr. Rajesh also impressed us very much as he was very transparent in things that would have to be done Post operation. The duty doctor during the night shift is a seasoned medical professional with years and years of experience who showed compassion while handling patients in pain.
The nursing staff in both ICU & Special ward were extremely courteous, caring & compassionate. Within a week, the patient felt at home and ease with the nursing staff.
The best part is this hospital or the doctors are really not behind money, while it is true that medical procedures in India have become very expensive, its still affordable and this can be seen by patients visiting from various sections of the society. Care is not really dependent on the size of your wallet but what the doctor carries in his heart.
I thank and salute Dr. Kathiravan and his entire team for running this entire mission with so much care & compassion.

We received good treatment for the gastro ailment. Dr. Kathiravan’s team of doctors performed surgery and follow ups with utmost care considering individuals feedbacks . The nursing staffs deserve a special mention for their sincerity and dedicated care round the clock. The hospital is well equipped with capable team of specialist doctors, resident doctors , physiotherapists, staff nurses, nursing assistants, and a crew of support staffs with clean rooms/ wards . All required services such as super-markets, restaurants, fast food joints, lodging for the caregivers, laundry are at walking distances. Overall a lifesaving experience for our family.
