My surgery was happened in september 2021..It was done by Dr.Mangala S Ravindran..Everything was good in doctors side…Hospital and patient room was clean… But the token system was bad and receptionist was always rude and impolite

Really disappointed with nurses, building,billing system
The way they communicate with attender& behaviour are not professional. There is no detail explanation given about anything ( medicine, files etc)
I can’t believe, this hospital has no proper billing system which exist till date.
Staffs / head nurse not even ready to take any responsibility also with soo much of rude attitude.
Don’t even think of going to this hospital again.
The only positive thing about hospital is the way Dr.Ravindran sir treat patients illness.

Everyone faces some kind of tragedy in life . One among them is malignancy (cancer ) . My school friend’s father was diagnosed to have Temporo parietal High Grade glioblastoma which has a poor prognosis . And in this lockdown its even more harder to assess medical treatment . During that time , we were lucky enough to find Dr. Raja.s.Vignesh sir and we asked what we should do next .He performed double craniotomy and gross total excision at very low cost around 1.5 lakhs which would actually take around 5 to 7 lakhs . The patient is postoperatively normal and doing well . Me and friend are very grateful to him . He has a heart of gold. He is true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be .He is doing many neuro surgeries for free to poor people and saving them . He does not get any consultation fee from poor people .Neuro surgery is a very big and long surgery and he does it very easily with compassion and discharges patients within 5 days .He has operated and saved more than 850 patients . He has genuine concern for his patients . Im literally inspired by him . He was too humble enough to follow up till HPE report after surgery . He has stimulated my interest in neuroscience too . Looking forward to learn and work with this legend some day ????
