My terrible experience with Apollo Kondapoor (Its my first and last time )

I never expected this kind of approach from a hospital ever. Even the roadside sellers have better manners than this clinic .

The moment I reached the hospital, My worst hospital experience started . The parking is absolutely confusing & far and the security wont even assist you nor guide you as if its not my job attitude .

When I reached the reception initially I thought I reached some other shops, as the staff even don’t know what is the consultation fee

I thoughts its okay , why bother I have to get a decent consultation that’s it.

However my worst experience was nothing compared to my terrible experience with the doctor consultation .

the doctor cabin door is wide open and the distances between patient and doctor is so far that you have to literally scream your supposedly discreet dermatological condition to the doctor which can be easily heard by everyone at the corridor .

When about to get the skin checked ,she asked to undress behind a curtain which is right in front of the wide open door, and god forbid if there was a slight AC wind or if you accidentally move your arms then your half naked body can be easily seen by the folks out in the corridor , brutally against female modestly . When ask to close the door the doctor said she can’t as its apparently hospital’s policy . The doctor is absolutely not at in any interest and have no empathy or logical sense . Overall a terrible nightmare and no value for money . I strongly recommends Apollo group to check about this clinic if this is your hospital.

As I was searching for a decent dermo clinic and one of my friend suggested this hospital. Below is my experience and observation :

– The parking was far and confusing.

– Reception and security was not fully educated about their tasks (Reception had to call someone to check how much is the consulting fee.

– The doctor patient cabin was completely open (apparently that’s their hospital policy ).

– Whatever discreet dermatological concern the patients have, everything can be heard by the people on the corridor.

– The dermatologist madam seem completely out of interest and have no empathy at all .

– Overall very bad experience and no value for money

Consulted Dr. Aditya Somayaji for Knee replacement of my Mother. My mom had both knee replacements done with a gap of 3 months. she started walking on her own using a walker. Had nice and good good experience in Apollo spectra hospital. The doctors, Nursing department and House keeping department are very cooperative. They took care of my mom very well irrespective of time. Thank you Dr. Aditya sir and Apollo spectra hospital for your support.
