My wife delivered a baby boy two weeks ago at Basant Sahney. Dr Padmavati and her team were very courteous and professional throughout. The hospital also has several senior nursing staff. The hospital was well maintained throughout our stay. The only drawback of the hospital is the absence of a canteen. The hospital should work towards having a tie-up with third party vendors to provide food to atleast the patients. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable experience.

There are so many disappointing things about this hospital.
No appointment system.
You are expected to call at 10am same day to confirm doctor availability.
Wait time is always minimum of 2 hours.
Waiting area is full of mosquitoes. This is least expected at a hospital.
Extremely uncomfortable chairs for carrying women.
Hospital allows multiple attendants along with patients resulting in no chairs for pregnant ladies.
AC is never at the right temperature.
Doctors never inform their leave schedules.
Bathroom should be convenient for pregnant women to use. No support bars or anything.
Absolutely no regard for hygene. No tissues no sanitizers or any such preventive measures.
Doctors are in a hurry to finish the consultation and move to next patient.
In my 9th month of pregnancy the doctor moved abroad and neither the hospital nor she bothered to inform or transfer the case to another doctor. This is highly unprofessional and they have no regards for patients.
Useless hospital with least bothered doctors. Regret considering this hospital.

Dr. Durga Padmaja and Dr Vinay are dedicated and compassionate Doctor. Actually we came here from other hospital and they took very good care of my newborn baby boy who was admitted last week in NICU. Also hospital staff and nurses are best.
