My experience with Bharat Opticals was disappointing. Even though they had many positive reviews, I got the wrong prescription and couldn’t use the glasses. When I told the management, the person who sits inside the office(I think the MD) was rude and told me to just use the glasses for some days even though he knows it wouldn’t help. I know my lost eye vision is not going to come back, and I was using the glasses for the same reason. They didn’t care that I lived abroad and couldn’t come back anytime soon. I had to go back to my old glasses because the prescription wasn’t right for my job using computers. They only considered reading distance, even though I told them I work on computers. They didn’t reply to my emails, just don’t want to address the issue. Overall, I don’t recommend Bharat Opticals because they will simply ignore you when things go wrong. I lost Rs.9,000 for the glass and the prescription.

Wonderful experience with Bharath eye hospital. The doctor was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up.
I am so glad I chose Bharath and would highly recommend to anyone….☺️
