Firstly people sitting in the reception doesn’t have the knowledge about the health packages. Here in this branch there is no value for outpatients, management will take care only about doctor relatives and doctor reference only. We were waiting in the Q for more than 3,4 hours to get one test done. There is no proper staff available nor the available one behaving responsible. Better to visit other hospitals or better to go to other big hospitals like Apollo or KIMS. This review is purely meant for management and not for doctors!

My experience at care outpatient Banjara Hills has been really good. very good doctor. Staff is really helpful and guide the patients well. Clean and tidy rooms. The housekeeping staff are very prompt, kind and compassionate.

High class infrastructure with THIRD class service. Patients were not called-in as per their appointments, rather by reference, total unprofessional. We had to wait for 4 hrs (despite our appointment). And there was NO emergency case for an excuse. It’s all reference business.
