My experience has been awesome.The service has been very nice . Everyone from the housekeeping and nursing staff has been very kind and helpfull. The doctor is amazing give us lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude , dr. Priyanka mantri has always given wonderful advice during all the scan and even if there were any up and down she would handle the situation so well and would never let us panic. We feel greatful That We choose city hospital banswara for delivery.

Worst experience and hospital services these people provide.
They don’t allow us to talk to doctor over the call and receptionist is not ready to take an appointment over the call.
Plus when all over the world is accepting digital payments, these people always demand for cash and when we ask about the digital payment option, the only excuse they do have is “no network”. Also , I personally suggested them multiple times that “if there’s an issue with the network on your device, kindly stick a QR code on the wall, so people can scan the QR code and make payment for you”, but these people are literally shows their incompetency.
A suggestion to the doctor or owner of the hospital, kindly run the business according the customer’s need not as per your needs.

Dr.Priyanka Mantri is very caring and understanding.Her way of dealing with patients is commendable. She never prescribed any unnecessary medicine or tests,always gave honest opinion.
Excellent service by the support staffs as well.The insurance related paper work were perfectly done ✅.
