Gynecology department is good. Charges are very high including USG, other scans, Important blood test and other hospital charges compared to other main hospitals in the same class. Facilities are not up to the mark compared to other same class hospitals. That is the main disadvantage. Not a proper management for hospital appointment at all.

It’s our immence pleasure to write an review about the experience we got from City Hospital.
We were referred to Dr Sanam Basheer by our neighbor for my Wifes second delivery and We got the best service which we expect from an Hospital and which we had not received during our 1 st delivery. From the right beginning consultation till the moment of delivery we had a very well experience from our Sanam doctor and the all other staff of the hospital especially gynac dept, labour room, ( nurses not one or two but All )etc.
We will definitely recommend City hospital and Dr Sanam Basheer To all our Friends and relatives.

I was admitted to City hospital, EKM for a Laparoscopic surgical treatment a couple of days ago and the Doctors, nurses in OT, ICU and IP(3rd floor)and other staff ,Dietician and the Manager PR-Bindu) were taking good care of me. Special thanks to Dr.Sanam Basheer,Dr.Felix and Dr.Rashi Kurup for their loving care and professionalism. I’m impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the room, timing when given medicine and making rounds and asking me every single day about my health, how l feel, and other service given. Also Food from canteen was good.
Thank you for the wonderful treatment. I truly appreciate. It means a lot especially at this difficult time.
