Dr. Raghavendra earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from S V Medical College, Tirupati. He then completed a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. Later, he obtained an MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology and a Fellowship in Liver Transplantation from the Medanta Institute of Liver Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine.
