We are yet to visit the State of Kerala during the Winter season and we wish to tour the prominent cities in the State. We are Keralites and living in Delhi for the past 60 years.

ECHS. Worst service and rude behavior from staff including OIC. Most of the medicines are not available mainly any perscribed medicines and if requested for local purchase they will keep shouting and start teaching about the medical regulations.
Better I suggest Government of India and Ministry of Defence has to take propper action to function this ECHS clenics or close all ECHS and pay medical allowence to all ESM’s. Rs. 12000/u003d is to much sufficient to get Medical Insurance coverage. And also note that some peoples are well benifitted.

Staffs are co operative. Medicine are mostly available. Sometimes you need to ask for items such as syringe etc. Doctors are kindful and caring. And the Captain/ Brigadier in charge too is kindful
