Very very worst doctor we have ever seen in our life.. (Dr. Shiva lingam).. We came here for endo and colonoscopy procedures. The way he treated the patient was very rude.. (also he is behaving in a same way with other staff nurses as well). For the Scopy procedure, we came early morning to go through Coloprep procedures to empty the colon. Almost after 4hrs we been taken to endoscopy room. The way endoscopy is happened was very hard compared to other hospitals. But we tolerated and completed eventhough. As a human, everybody cry or shout in pain while doing colonoscopy without anesthesia. Eventhough here they are doing with so called sedative which is not at all making us sleep.. So the procedure was happened while patient was still in consciousness only. But while doing the colonoscopy, He literally pulled out the Scopy tube from colon and said “I am not doing it” and went just like that. We waited whole day and gone through all procedures for this last colonoscopy test. But he stopped just like that. If he continues for 10mins, the whole day wait was over. It’s so unprofessional and he has no patience or tolerance towards his patient’s pain (Patient is a Girl of 29 yr old). because of his behaviour we ended up not doing colonoscopy where we almost spent 5200rs for the pre procedures. The worst doctor we ever seen. What if the patient has some severe disease or cancer and because of his behaviour, the finding procedures got delayed and it take the patient to critical state. There is no more 5stars for this Gem Hospital Tirupur. During oru first visit, we met Dr.Vijay. He has so much patience and understanding towards his patient. The way he understands our medical history, explained the procedures everything gives us hope to proceed the treatment in Gem. But we lost our entire hope because of what happened today with Dr.Shivalingam. Waste of Time, Energy and money . And whatever the pre-procedures the patient gone through was gone in hell. And we almost broken in our situation.

Great hospital and good service by all doctors and nurses till admin person are taking care nicely. They are polit, loveble and humble Everything is on time. No unnecessary delays at all levels It is an best hospital for treatment…

The worst experience i ever had..Dr sivalingam’s behaviour was totally a phychopath..i would never recommend anyone to this hospital only for his rudeness..we went to him for endoscopy and colonoscopy..but he showed me the real hell..this experience will remain as a nightmare..we can’t handle this much rudeness when we are in the extreme pain..
