In lalbaug parel area, this hospital provides best services in terms of all medical facilities. The staff is very courteous cooperative and keeps patients interest as their main priority. I had visited liver OPD alongwith my father-in-law wherein the Dr Amit provided his expertise and the OPD staff headed by Mr Shubhankar Desai provided valuable information and guidance. They have tie up with maximum insurance companies thus it is easy to avail cashless payment facilities too. Highly recommended.

A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly. Even the eye doctors who were in the adjacent clinic were sooo polite i must say. Only thing that bothered me was that it took me almost 9-10hrs for some 4-5 tests. And I didn’t get any report of the blood sample they took post meal. Also, i was expecting some explanation of the my report like if any of my results were not within normal parameters and solutions for those, but the doctor seemed to just go through the summary and said the reports were fine. It might be because it was past their shift. I may be in fault too since i visited on a Saturday and there was too much rush i guess. The food was very good in the cafeteria. But i must again say the staff is very polite, well informed except one or two and very clean hospital

I recently got my father admitted here for gallbladder removal and treating inguinal and umbilical hernia. The surgery was performed by Dr Nimesh Shah and we’re extremely happy about his professional approach and transparency. We stayed for 4 days in the twin sharing room and the hospitality provided was excellent.

A special mention to Rahul from the TPA Insurance desk. One of the reasons to select Global Hospitals was it’s cashless tie up with my insurer. Unfortunately i was not in Mumbai to provide documents physically for a preauthorisation.

However, Rahul not only helped me to provide all these documents electronically, but rather was the only person at a hospital’s TPA desk who completed all the formalities to get a cashless approval without any trouble (at least 5 other leading hospitals in bombay refused to do so without my physical presence). On the day of the discharge, he stayed back post his shift timing just to ensure that my entire claim amount Is received from the insurer. This guy is truly a gem and surely will be one of my reasons to come back to Global.

To summarise, shall surely prefer Global Hospitals for it’s extremely helpful approach. Thank you.
