Doctors and staff are very good.
Lab and Pharmacy are good.
Some OP areas are spacious and well maintained, like the neuro department.

Waiting Time to see a general medicine doctor is too long and you will have to spend the whole day if there is a blood test.

The interiors must be improved , especially the restroom ???? areas.
Some of them look very old and dirty and smelly.

If you are about to park your car here. Try to find a natural shade or bring some sunlight protection sheet with you. There is no shades for the customer parking area. Which makes your car too hot to sit after a long wait for consultation and lab test.

We can’t say it’s international but it’s ok.

It is 401 AC room with daily rent of Rs 4000. Even the staffs working there do not use this room. It is good to go kims in Thiruvananthapuram and see the room and service offered there for 4000rs. Stop scamming people.????

Humble request to the management. Atleast Please Keep your own house clean and tidy.????????????

A clean hospital only can discharge healthy people.????????

I had an excellent experience at KIMS Al Shifa hospital, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The expertise of Dr. Mohan Kumar and the ortho team is truly exceptional. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and provided me with the best possible care. The insurance department was committed to helping me navigate my insurance coverage, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

The nursing team was caring and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. The support staff in all areas of the hospital were incredibly helpful, and I appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions or concerns that I had.

My room was comfortable, and the washrooms were kept neat and clean. The hospital’s hygiene standards were impressive, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available to me.
