This is the first time my cousin and me visited this hospital for knee related issue, i preferred the doctor by knowing about the hospitality of Dr guravareddy. I decreased 1 star because of affordability by a middle class person.
We are still under consultation and the treatment is not finalised yet. So i cannot comment about hospitality but my initial impression is that the prices are not affordable.

For X-ray they charged 730 rupees
For doctor consultation they charged total of 1000 rupees(850 for doc fee and 150 for first time visit).

Firstly we were sent to the junior doctor and he asked to take the X-ray there itself, we got the X-ray but junior/the senior doc had not even looked at the X-ray film where X-ray went useless.

And X-ray generally costs not more than 400 in other hospitals and diagnostic centre’s but here they have charged higher than other diagnostic centre’s and other well known hospitals charge.

Will change my review upon my experience in hospitality.

I recently visited this hospital for a follow-up appointment regarding my scaphoid bone treatment. While the medical care provided was satisfactory, I faced an unpleasant experience due to miscommunication between the doctor’s recommendations and the hospital’s policy.

I was specifically instructed to return for a follow-up after 14 days. However, upon arriving at the hospital, the administrative staff insisted that previous consultations were valid for only 10 days. This discrepancy forced me to schedule a new appointment, causing inconvenience and frustration.

It’s disheartening to see such a lack of coordination and communication between the medical staff and the administration. This issue not only wasted my time but also left me questioning the hospital’s efficiency in handling patients’ concerns.

I hope the hospital management takes notice of this incident and works to improve communication among its staff. A patient’s well-being should always be the top priority, and such mishaps only lead to unnecessary stress and confusion.

In light of this experience, I cannot recommend this hospital until they address these issues and streamline their processes.

One of the good hospitals in the city. Mrs.Savatri has helped a lot for my general health check up. Even though I had very little time between each test. She has handled very good. One of best person to help you out in the hospital.
