Pathetic service. There are no proper process in the hospital. After my pregnancy, I had a urinal bladder problem which will happen for some woman post pregnancy. Even after informing this to the doctor, because of their negligence they did not provide any medication for it. They told everything is fine. After few days the problem got worse and I was admitted to some other hospital and then understood there is a process to check if urinal flow is normal after pregnancy in other hospital.

Worst service and experience. Their only aim is to extract money from us and not listing properly to our problems.My wife had suffered a lot because of their negligence during her pregnancy. My kind advice to everyone is not to repeat the mistake that we did. Better go for some good hospital in coimbatore (ex KMCH) for Pregnancy, where they have well established process.

Comparing to other maternity hospital Nirmala hospital is much better As per my personal experience their service is Good and moderate.
We need to wait for more time to consult with Doctor. Other than that there is no friendly service by the staff members .
