I had visited royal care for my spouse out patient consultation. I got a pathetic reply from the lab responsible about the report. The report costed in 1000s and it will be ready only after a week. But they will not call and intimate if the report is ready or not. The reply is how can we call and respond everyone??
But they get the money from everyone, do the billing etc etc… Why this can’t be done???
Such a poor customer experience even though we pay for our treatment.
With such experience, I could never recommend royal care to anyone.
Doctors are good, but cost wise it is not worth the experience you will feel.

The hospital is situated near Coimbatore Gandhipuram Bus Stand. This is a Supet Multi Specility Hospital having 50 bedded rooms. They provide 24×7 Emergency and Intensive Care Services. The hospital have a team of highly skilled Doctors.

an arrangement to see somebody at a particular time,I think this is meaning for appointment but nothing is happening in the timing. Otherwise treatment and hospitality everything is good ,1st management should know what is the meaning for appointment because this is not a 1st time they are doing like this regularly .scaning appointment, dr appointment all are same like this ,we have to wait for 6hrs min for scan and dr meeting maximum time one day last time they gave appointment at 8am but they send us out at 6pm really worst experience
