Very poor service..????
It is a hospital with a lot of staff but the patients do not get any service…
I feel Alappuzha government medical College is far better than this hospital..????

My child was admitted diagnosed with pneumonia on this hospital. The pediatrician Dr. Neethu Kiran is very calm, friendly, listen to us patiently and very dedicated. The nursing staffs on the pay ward as well as the general pediatric ward is gentle and friendly. Eventhough the cleaning staffs are good at their behaviour they are not very much into their jobs. They comes to clean 3 times a day but the dirt remains there itself. Apart from the cleaniness, this hospital is good for pediatric care and affordable compared to other pediatric private hospitals in Alappuzha.

My delivery was in this hospital. Doctor was efficient. Service was also good. But the nurses of Labour room was so adamant and very rude. They behave Asif they are the owner of the hospital. Since none of our relatives can enter there they think they can behave all the nonsenses to the patients. I got very bad experience from them
