Sainik School Satara, under the Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi, invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for engagement of following various contractual positions including Quarter Master, Counsellor, Ward Boy, and Nursing Sister. ✅ Age Limit:

✔️ All Posts: 18 to 50 years as on September 30, 2025.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Quarter Master: B.A./B.Com with 5 years experience as UDC stores or Quartermaster, or ex-serviceman (preferably JCO) with 10 years experience in handling/accounting of stores.
✔️ Counsellor: Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology or Child Development with at least 50% marks, or Graduate/Post Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling (50% marks).
✔️ Ward Boy (Hostels): Matriculation or equivalent with fluent English communication. Desirable – B.A./B.Sc./B.Com degree, achievements in sports/art/music, residential school experience.
✔️ Nursing Sister: Nursing diploma/degree, 5 years experience or ex-serviceman of Medical Assistant trade with 5 years post-training service, must reside on campus.

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written/Practical tests or other selection stages.
✔️ Call letters with details of date, venue, and examination type will be sent via email or post.
