This hospital is a BIG SCAM! CLEARLY all the positive reviews are either paid or forced. I took my husband for a fever and they unnecessarily got all the tests done without even informing us just to loot in the name of insurance and billed us 1 lakh plus. Consultant doctor was Dr Harish Kumar Jadala (never ever consult him, there are n number of other doctors)

Very ashamed to call them doctors. They gave continuous saline and medication for 4 and half days (day and night) through IV in spite of me telling them that my husband is not getting any better. I told Harish that he was getting fever only after IV medication but he was least bothered and continuously gave him the mult doses.
The insurance people were surprised to see so many medication used on him and asked Dr. Harish for the written justification letter. His justification letter was rejected by the insurance.

And both of his hands were extremely swollen because of the cannula, once I stopped the medication my husband, immediately recovered from the fever, God knows what they were giving!

I insisted him to discharge my husband as we were not fine with the treatment and the staff over there, but he threatened us by saying he would discharge us under LAMA, and we won’t be covered by insurance, and said his licence would get cancelled in that case! I could have taken legal action right there as he is not supposed to advise us regarding the insurance, but I was concerned about my husband’s health at that moment and I had no time or patience, so I wanted to hold back for a while!

Nurses are extremely careless and they don’t know even to handle needles properly. They show hell to the patient through injections.
Hospital rooms are extremely dirty and cleaning staff is extremely rude when we ask them to clean properly.

When I pinged doctor about the carelessness of staff, he asked me to write a positive message about himself on WhatsApp n negative review about the other staff to show it to the CEO, kudos to his shamelessness! He had audacity to ask me to write a review on Google n they forced me to write in hospital itself. I denied to write till I got some free time.

We had to get discharged under LAMA and had to get some media backup to avoid further exploitation.

Rooms n washrooms got no ventilation, and have stains all over. I have seen other innocent patients being exploited.

This review is solely based on my personal experience with the hospital during my father’s admission for stroke treatment. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided here. The maintenance of the ICU ward is subpar, as I observed a ward boy cleaning the stretcher with a foot mat due to a lack of cleaning cloth. Moreover, the pillows in the ICU are not adequately covered. When I raised this concern with the management, their explanation was that patients might sweat excessively, so they choose not to cover the pillows.

The counseling sessions are scheduled from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, and the doctor may arrive at any time within this timeframe, resulting in extended waiting periods. If we happen to be unavailable when the doctor calls, we are left waiting until the following day for any updates. In fact, it can be as late as 10:30-11:00 pm before we have a chance to meet with the doctor.

Compared to other hospitals, I’ve noticed that bed sores are not given adequate attention here. In another hospital, I witnessed a doctor reprimanding a nurse when my father developed a minor sore during his stay, but at this hospital, it is regarded as a minor concern.

On a positive note, I would like to commend this hospital for having all the necessary scanning machines despite being relatively small.
