This hospital is one of the worst in the city, and I had a terrible experience. The management, specifically the trustees, need to address these issues. The token system for seeing the chief doctor is also extremely unsatisfactory. I suggest not wasting your valuable time with this hospital, as their priority seems to be solely making money rather than providing proper patient care. The staff is rude and didn’t even review the reports. I strongly discourage visiting this hospital at any point in your life.

Very worst pharmacy ever seen, token provided in hand is different comparing to the token added in prescription.. Very worst response.. If you provide cash, need to give accurate amount. Else they say that no change, can’t believe that the pharmacy inside hospital says that there is no change

The Treatment is good with very experienced doctors..
But doing Scanning & Tests are a like a night mare.. we have to wait for such a long time.. The staff treat us like in a Government Hospital..
At times they make us roam from old building to new building.. Finding Facilities or other rooms is like Navigation a Maze..
Considering they are charging a premium for rooms & other facilities, They should have better trained staff and a efficient process for Room admission & Tests..
