Exquisite hospital with modern facilities and care..I really appreciate the expertise response that we got from the department of Cardiology . A great thanks to Dr.Shyam and staff nurses. In short excellent health care with outstanding service.
Canteen service needs to be improved . Experienced ignorant behavior from the canteen staffs .

One of the worst hospitals having idiotic staff ! . The people who work in reception , PRO are nothing but people with no common sense and understand. You have to call 100 times for getting any kind of service , especially from abroad. Also they hang up on your call with no manners or courtesy . Treatment is also questionable, my mother passed away last year in the hospital and years back my grand mother too. The people who work in the reception and other departments has no standard or decency to address your problem. The choice you make is matter of extreme risk and frustration is 100 % guaranteed . Calling from abroad for a death summary, and they are telling me to come in person . I don’t know which century these people are living . In todays world there are 101 provisions to send a document across and associated policies . I do not recommend this hospital, as I feel your life is at risk by going here .
